Return & Refund
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or in unsatisfactory condition, you may request an exchange or refund under the following terms:
Eligibility
- You must notify our customer service team within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange or refund.
- Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
- All returns must include the sales receipt or electronic proof of purchase.
Conditions
- Gift items received with your order must be returned together with the product. If not, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
- Products that are damaged, altered, or abused after delivery are not eligible for return.
- Wine or champagne priced above HK$1500 per bottle or aged over 10 years cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Process
- Once our specialists confirm the condition of the returned product, we will issue an exchange or refund.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or special-order products.
- Perishable goods beyond their recommended consumption period.
