Return & Refund

At SERRE, all wines and glassware are selected and handled with care.
Due to the nature of these products, returns and refunds are strictly limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.


Eligibility for Return or Refund

Only items received damaged or faulty at the time of delivery may be considered for an exchange or refund.

To be eligible:

  • You must notify SERRE within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be returned in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or electronic confirmation) is required

Requests made outside this timeframe will not be accepted.


Conditions

  • Any complimentary or gift item included with the order must be returned together with the product. If not returned, its retail value will be deducted from the refund.
  • Products that have been damaged, altered, mishandled, or used after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Damage reported after delivery or beyond the inspection period will not be accepted.
  • Wines or champagnes priced above HKD 1,500 per bottle or aged over 10 years are final sale and non‑refundable under all circumstances.

SERRE reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.


Non‑Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Wines and champagnes not damaged upon delivery
  • Vintage or aged wines (over 10 years)
  • Special allocation or special‑order items
  • Products returned outside the stated timeframe

Return Review & Refund Processing

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Once the condition is confirmed by our team, an exchange or refund may be approved at SERRE’s sole discretion.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
