By accessing or using this website (the “Site”) and purchasing products from SERRE, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to purchase alcoholic beverages under the laws of Hong Kong. If you are using the Site on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Changes to Terms

SERRE reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Products

SERRE offers a curated selection of wine, glassware, non‑alcoholic beverages, and other related products or equipment offered on a limited or transitional basis. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are provided for reference only and may be amended without prior notice. SERRE reserves the right to correct errors and to refuse or cancel orders at its discretion.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Payment authorisation allows SERRE to charge the full order amount via its designated payment processors. SERRE is not responsible for errors arising from third‑party payment providers.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms are governed by SERRE’s Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. SERRE shall not be liable for any delay caused by weather conditions, including Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Signal, logistics disruption, or factors beyond its reasonable control.

In the event of failed delivery due to incorrect address details or absence at the delivery location, SERRE reserves the right to charge an additional delivery fee for re‑delivery.

Customers must inspect all products immediately upon delivery. Any claims for shortage, damage, or defects must be reported at the time of delivery. Once a delivery is accepted and signed for, the customer shall be deemed to have waived any subsequent claims for damage, except where required by law.

6. Alcohol Age Verification

All orders containing alcoholic beverages require age verification at delivery. An adult aged 18 years or above must be present to receive the order. SERRE reserves the right to cancel an order if age verification cannot be completed.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by SERRE’s Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms. All return requests must strictly comply with the applicable conditions and timeframes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of SERRE or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SERRE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or the purchase of products. SERRE’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
