By accessing or using our website (the "Site") and purchasing products from SERRE, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are legally able to enter into a binding contract. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Changes to Terms

SERRE reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

 
3. Products and Services

SERRE offers a selection of wine, non-alcoholic beverages, and lifestyle accessories. We make every effort to display accurate product information, including descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free. SERRE reserves the right to correct any errors and to change or update product information at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders and Payments

When you place an order on our Site, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. By submitting your payment information, you authorize SERRE to charge the total amount of your order. All transactions are processed securely through our payment processor. SERRE is not responsible for any errors in the payment processing.
 

5. Shipping and Delivery

For information regarding shipping, please refer to our Shipping Policy section.
  • In case where the deliveries are delayed due to hoisting of typhoon signal no. 8 or above or black rain storm signal, we will try our best to arrange the products to be delivered on the next day. 
  • If you fail to receive your ordered products upon the first delivery appointment or you give us inaccurate information on your address, we reserve the right to charge you an additional delivery fee for subsequent delivery(es). 
  • All customers are required to examine the goods immediately upon delivery to verify the products and quantities are correct and to check for any deficiencies and/or damages. Any claims must be reported/documented at the time of delivery.
  • If the customer’s receiving person accepts, signs for and receives delivery of products, then any subsequent claims for breakages and damage against those products are no longer valid and the customer shall be deemed to have forfeited any right to claims for damages against SERRE.
  • All expected delivery dates and time are estimates only. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred or suffered by the customer as a result of any late delivery.
     

6. Age Verification

In compliance with legal regulations, all orders containing alcoholic beverages require age verification upon delivery. An adult (18 years or older) must be present to sign for the package. If age verification cannot be confirmed, SERRE reserves the right to cancel the order.

7. Returns and Exchanges

For information on our return and exchange policy, please refer to our Returns Policy section. All returns must be initiated within the specified time frame and must comply with our return guidelines.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SERRE or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SERRE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the purchase of products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the People's Republic of China and the Customer and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. We may revise the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
