Collection: Domaine de l'Aurage

Domaine de l'Aurage produces wines from the Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux appellation, with a focus on Merlot, complemented by Cabernet Franc, grown on clay-limestone soils. The wines, known for their high maturity, are aged in new oak barrels from the Radoux cooperage, resulting in a modern, elegant style with silky tannins, rich fruit, and balanced structure. The estate was established in 2007 by Caroline and Louis Mitjavile.
