Notes of licorice, characteristic of the region and the mourvedre. Floral and spices notes. Black fruit.
Palate
The Pibarnon Rouge is a model of balance on the palate, fresh, full-bodied and silky.
It is still quite young, but already its boldness is palpable, its desire to open up tangible.
Service and Pairing
It is so young... But it is already drinkable sparingly, after a long decanting to lengthen it.
It is best with all meats, cooked rare, with juices and a few herbs (sage, rosemary).
