Terroir
Sourced from a 2.5-hectare plot on the prestigious plateau of Saint-Lambert, adjacent to Château Latour.
Soil Type: A combination of extra-rich clay, gravel, sand, limestone, and marl, which provides good drainage and heat retention to aid grape ripening.

Manual Harvest

Vinification
Fermentation in large wooden vats using natural indigenous yeasts.
Gentle extraction via a rare "submerged cap" fermentation technique.
Extended maceration lasting five to eight weeks.
Aging
Aged for 12 months in barrels (some sources indicate up to 36 months for other vintages). It is bottled without fining or filtration.

Deep ruby.
Nose
Distinguished by an "aromatic richness" of blackcurrant, cedar, and wild strawberry, with floral, citrus, and spice notes, including cinnamon and pepper
Palate
Described as elegant, fresh, and bright, with a velvety texture and silky tannins. It displays juicy plum and black cherry fruit flavors, a zesty finish, and a slightly savory, chalky edge
