Terroir
Sourced from the Château's deep clay soils with iron veins, which is shared with top neighbors like Château Cheval Blanc and Château Figeac.

Harvest
Grapes are hand-picked in small crates.
Vinification
Grapes are selected and specially vinified by infusion to prioritize freshness and vibrant fruit expression. Fermentation occurs in concrete tanks.
Aging
Matured for 10 months in concrete egg-shaped vats. No new oak is used for "La Réserve", in contrast to the Grand Vin.

Eye
Black cherry color with bright ruby highlights.
Nose
A remarkable nose with purity and freshness, featuring notes of crunchy red and black fruits(black cherry, raspberry), hints of cocoa, and liquorice.
Palate
The tannins are supple and enveloping, with a fresh and smooth finish that emphasizes the vibrant fruit. It is a medium-bodied, lively wine.
