A blend of the three grape varieties Pinot Noir, Trousseau and Poulsard, La DD by Stéphane Tissot is an Arbois wine macerated in century-old tuns and vinified without sulphur. Made for pork products and large thirsts, the wine flatters a ripe and fleshy fruitiness complemented by small spices. A real delicacy that offers a creamy mouth on velvety tannins.
