More about this wine
More about this wine
Domaine Caillot extends over 10 hectares of Santenay in Beaune. Michel Caillot pays very particular attention to the quality of the management of the vines as close as possible to their natural cycle, from plowing to disbudding, through a reasoned protection of the vineyard and the quality of its grapes. Similarly, in the cellar, he advocates "The least possible intervention in winemaking".
