From the oldest and finest vineyard of the estate. The vines are growing directly overhead with roots penetrating the solid limestone bedrock into the cellar.
Fermented and aged in neutral oak barrels.

This wine starts out with a honeyed nose with beautifully integrated gentle oak notes.

Domaine de La Fontainerie has been faithful to tradition since 1712. This family vineyard is usually handed down from mother to daughter. Since 1990, Catherine DERUET DHOYE has had the pleasure of continuing the family tradition.

The different types of Vouvray are not produced every year, depending on the year's climate to achieve the best harmony.
