Vineyard
The Terrasses du Larzac vineyard stands out for its steep terraced location. The estate works its vines nestled at an altitude of 350 metres. All viticulture complies with organic and biodynamic specifications. The appellation is part of the Grandes Causses Natural Park, a UNESCO  World Heritage Site.

Winemaking and aging
- The harvest is manual
- Vinification in whole bunches, with little intervention 
- Fermentation in wooden vats with indigenous yeasts then malolactic fermentation in the woods 
- Aging in tuns 

Owners and history
Julien and Delphine Zernott  fell under the spell of the Terrasses du Larzac after a first experience in Menetou Salon. Respect for the fragile terroirs of the appellation is a priority for the winemaking duo. 

Eye
Les Clapas is a superb vintage with a bright garnet color.
Nose
The nose evokes black fruits, tangy redcurrant and scents of scrubland.
Palate
The character of the Syrah is expressed through the great minerality of the vintage. Length, complexity and great pleasure blend together perfectly!

Serve this beautiful vintage with lamb chops with thyme,pissaladière or couscous. Enjoy the wine around 15°C.
