This white Condrieu La Vieille Maison is an ideal Viognier, with ripe aromas of bergamot and light toast from aging, complemented by fresh, creamy notes. The ample and rich juice calls for elegant food pairings, making it a perfect Condrieu for the table, ideally suited for dishes like fish, fera, or Arctic char.

Winemaking
Whole grapes pressed. Fermentation begins in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, and ends in 228-liter oak barrels. Temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation, slow extraction of aromas. Aged in wood for 12 months.

Eye
Intense, bright yellow.
Nose
Notes of bergamot, toastiness and nuttiness of ageing, lovely freshness, accompanied by creamy notes.
Palate
Rich and full-bodied, with beautifully ripe fruit, this gastronomic wine delivers fresh, well-balanced juice.

Service and pairing
Serve between 10 and 12°C.
Arctic char, cod blanquette, white pudding with porcini mushrooms.
