Ripe pear, white peach and lemon zest mingles with acacia blossom, fennel frond, hints of thyme, macadamia nut.
Palate
The palate is medium-bodied yet fresh: juicy stone-fruit and roasted hazelnut aromas wrapped in a silky texture, energized by notes of citrus pith. A long, mouth-watering finish lingers on salty minerality and garrigue herbs.
