Crémant is by nature a wine of the family of sparkling wines, the PDO of this wine is recognized since 1995 in Jura. However, this drink did not wait for this date to be known in the region, and its technical elaboration has long been mastered.

Terroir
The vines are located in the AOC Arbois and Côtes du Jura.

Winemaking and Ageing
Exclusively manual harvest with pressing of the grapes in whole bunches.
Top cuvée: selection of the best juices.
Second fermentation in the bottle for the formation of foam.
Crémant Cœur de cuvée vintage 2018 aged for at least 36 months.

Eye
Yellow-green.
Nose
Good ripe green apple fruit, nice biscuity character, hint of minerals and aging/tertiary notes (bread, brioche and some almonds).
Palate
Full and creamy bubbles with light sweetness, medium high acidity, good lime bite, great length with nice ageing notes.
