Terroir
The vines are located in the south of the appellation on slopes of 10 to 40% on clay-limestone soil. The subsoil are from the Kimmeridgian, typical of the Chablisian vineyard.

In the vineyard
Weeding is exclusively mechanical.
Surface area of the vineyard : 5 ha - Age of vines: 30 years old.

Winemaking and Ageing
After rigorous settling, alcoholic fermentations are made in thermo-regulate stainless still tanks. The fermentation is quite long, about one or two months. Once these are completed, it is the turn of malolactic fermentation.
The ageing in stainless steel tanks took a short year on fine lees to give the wine all it roundness and aromatic complexity.

Eye
Shiny gold color.
Nose
With accents of citrus and white fruit, elegant mineral dimension.
Palate
Generous, tamed by a delicious fruity freshness. The finish remains fleshy, almost honeyed.

Ageing potential : up to 3 years
Service temperature between 12 to 14 °C.
It will go well with your aperitifs, shellfish and crustaceans.
