The wine macerates with its own skins for 12 days, so later the malolactic fermentation is made for 30 days in stainless steel deposits. Maturation of 4 months in French oak barrels. 

Eye
Cherry red colour with a violet rim. 
Nose
On the nose it is extraordinarily expressive and fresh, with Tempranillo varietals in full youth. 
Palate
On the palate it shows well-structured tannins and balanced acidity with a long, warm and lasting finish. 
Pairing
Grilled vegetables, fresh cheese, poultry and red meat.
