Delicate and rich, with spices (curry), nuts and candied fruits, the nose reveals all its intensity when aerated. Palate
Ample without being soft, the palate is supple, with a fair return of spices. This refined wine is a good "yellow" to discover.

This yellow wine will deliciously accompany your chickens with yellow wine and morels, foie gras, aged Comté or Roquefort or any cheese dishes such as raclette and fondue; Chinese Hairy crab for winter.
