"This is not a hippo, it is the happiness animal." Exclaims the winemaker's friends daughter. This label was drawn by Matsumura-san's friend's Daughter. Much like the label, this wine is meant to evoke a feeling of happiness.

Misono Vineyard's Niagara is very interesting, the vines are over 50 years old and the skins have an extended maceration time. Along with being unfiltered this pet nat has incredible body with delicate mousse.

Orchard fruits (Pear and Apples), lemon soda and grapefruit finish. Gentle fizzieness.

Ideal as an aperitif, with white meat or fish.
