Pazo Señorans lies close to the sea on acidic, sandy soils created by the natural decomposition of the granitic bedrock below. 

This Albariño is an example of the fresh, crisp, and vibrant style that has defined the Rias-Baixas. A textbook wine from the Salnes Valley, with a great ageing potential.

The nose is clean, elegant and subtle, mixing aromas of white flowers with sensations of freshly cut grass, citric hints and a balsamic touch. 
Palate
Fresh and tasty on the palate, it is rich, yet sleek and elegant with spot-on balance of fruit, creaminess and acidity.
