The non-vintage Blanc de Blancs Brut sums up the style of the House. Focused on resolutely fresh, pure and elegant wines, this cuvee must, thanks to the addition of reserve wines (2 to 3 years), offer the same pleasure year after year.

Winemaking
This vintage benefits from ideal aging in the cellar: from 3 to 4 years. The balance and freshness that naturally result from it allow a low dosage (8g/l). After disgorging, our wines are left to rest for a few weeks before being release to markets.

Eye
Golden yellow color, light green highlights and lively, sustained mousse.
Nose
It surprises with the delicacy of its mineral and floral scents.
Palate
The attack is fresh and persistent, with notes of citrus fruits and a biscuit and bread crust finish.
