The Dry Riesling 2023 from Dr. Bürklin-Wolf comes from vineyards in the Mittelhaardt/Palatinate, from the towns of Wachenheim, Ruppertsberg and Deidesheim.
Tasting notes
Eye It has a light yellow color with greenish reflections. Nose The scent is intense and reminiscent of ripe apples, citrus fruits and also has a delicate floral note. Palate On the palate it is precise, with a beautiful Riesling structure, juicy, aromatically playful, lively and with wonderful mineral finesse.
