Collection: Château Dompierre

Unique and contrary to the grand classicism of Bordeaux.

Château Dompierre is a modern Médoc estate founded in 2013 by Michel Aroldi, notable for its "Burgundian" approach to Bordeaux winemaking. Its flagship Pauillac is a rare 100% Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from the Saint-Lambert plateau, situated directly adjacent to the legendary Château Latour.

The winery is defined by a nonconformist philosophy, using natural yeasts, gentle extraction, and zero fining or filtration. This results in a range of Pauillac, Haut-Médoc, and Médoc wines—plus a unique skin-contact Sauvignon Blanc—that favor purity and terroir over traditional regional conventions.
