Organic Priorat Wines from the Heart of Catalonia

Founded in 2003 by the owners of Parés Baltà, Gratavinum is a boutique winery located in Gratallops, in the heart of Priorat, Catalonia. Named from the fusion of “Gratallops” and vinum (Latin for wine), the estate is led by the Cusiné family and winemaker Jordi Fernandez.

Gratavinum cultivates 17 hectares of organically farmed, terraced vineyards rooted in Llicorella soil — a unique blend of slate and quartz that gives Priorat wines their signature minerality. Working with old vines of native grapes like Garnacha and Carignan, as well as select international varietals, the winery produces powerful, structured red wines that reflect the bold character of the region.
