More about this wine

Chateau des Eyrins is a three-hectare jewel in Margaux. Acquired from a family who were cellar masters for Chateau Margaux for three generations, it is a testament to winemaking excellence, showcasing impeccable balance, structure, and depth. With a typical blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc, these wines offer a symphony of flavors ranging from dark fruits to subtle oak nuances. Each sip reveals the estate’s dedication to crafting exceptional wines in an exceptional appellation.
The three-hectare estate is well-situated on a hillside plateau in the heart of the Margaux appellation on the left bank of the Gironde River. It is planted to Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot.

Grapes are hand-harvested, fermented in stainless steel tanks, then macerated for 21 days. Aged half in new oak barrels, half in concrete tanks for 18 months.
