Terroir
Clay-limestone soil of a stony to sandy structure, mid-slope exposure gives grapes that are regularly ripe.
Winemaking: the grapes are transported to the vatting room. They will be squeezed to get the best juice from the Chardonnay with a good balance of sugar and acidity.
They will be cooled to ensure a long fermentation. The wine is then matured in casks for 12 months, with 20% new casks.

Nose
A grapefruit pineapple nose suggests a very aromatic palate.
Palate
Full on the attack, develops on a pretty sweet with a pleasant freshness, citrus fruit aromas and a beautiful tension gives it a complex finish.
