Tasting notes

Eye
Pale yellow to golden, the effervescence is fine and creamy.
Nose
This Champagne delivers floral, fine and delicate scents.
Palate
The gourmet side is fully expressed with notes of white fruits and citrus fruits, all enhanced by a hint of fresh and pastry butter.

Service and Pairing
Clam fusilli with ginger, Seafood sauerkraut with cumin, Cardamom-grated cockles, Turbot and creamy fennel and white pepper sauce, Scallop and tomato tartare with basil.
