Pale golden straw
Nose
Smells of orange blossom and peaches.
Palate
Firm and yet fruity and fleshy. A bowl of summer peaches and gold-to-pink apples with a touch of jasmine on the finish. A little bit different and rather lovely.

Service and Pairing
Aperitif with small shrimp marinated in pink grapefruit. Fines de Claires oysters. Marinated salmon. Verrine of beetroot with goat cheese and mixed rocket Verrine of mild guacamole and shrimp.
