More about this wine

Rémy Pedreno , the winemaker of the  Roc d'Anglade estate  , is one of the  very best winemakers in the sector . He began making wine from the 1999 vintage, but it was not until 2002 that he became the full owner of the premises.

The full northern exposure gives the wine  a beautiful freshness  and balance on this very sunny terroir. Its blend composed mainly of Chenin and Grenache Blanc gives the wine an incredible finesse and a very digestible side. A  white Languedoc  that we like very much and which is an example to follow in the sector.

Tasting notes

Eye
Pale yellow when young, turning gold with age.

Nose
On the nose, it is very aromatic, with notes of mirabelle plum, quince preserve, almond.

Palate
We can still feel the ageing a little in its youth but it integrates quite quickly and creates a nice balance. Decanting for 1 to 2 hours is essential for the first three years.
