Tasting notes
Tasting notes
Eye
Pale, bright salmon-pink with delicate silvery reflections
Nose
Highly expressive, crisp, and fruit-forward. Dominant aromas of wild strawberry, redcurrant, and juicy pink grapefruit, balanced by lighter stone fruit notes (vine peach) and a hint of linden blossom.
Palate
Light-to-medium bodied, lively, and incredibly clean. It strikes a great balance between initial fruity roundness and a crisp, mouth-watering acidity, finishing on a refreshing, clean, and slightly savory note.
Service and Pairing
Serve at 10°C to 11°C.
The quintessential aperitif rosé. It pairs effortlessly with traditional Mediterranean ratatouille, beef carpaccio with parmesan shavings, light salads, sushi, grilled prawns, or casual summer barbecues.
