Covered with a sea of large yellowish rolled pebbles, the vineyards of Châteauneuf-du-Pape offers a unique and timeless view. Tradition dictates that wine are made from thirteen grape varieties, each contributing its own distinctive character.

75% grenache, 10% mourvèdre, 10% syrah, 5% clairette.

Terroir
Selection of 78 plots located mainly on the northern terroirs of the appellation to preserve freshness in the final blend.
Winemaking
Each grape variety is vinified separately. Slowly fermentation to extract phenolic compounds.
Ageing
Aged for 12 months in a mix of containers: foudres, demi-muids, stainless steel tanks and amphoras.

Can age until 2028.

Aromas of cherry, raspberry and rose, with hints of garrigue.
Palate
Full-bodied, silky and greedy. Long and intense finish.
