More about this wine

The landscape of Gigondas is shaped by its unique geology. The wine-growing region is enclosed within the jagged ridges of the Dentelles de Montmirail. The feature the soils share is the omnipresence of limestone.
Its microclimate is subject to hot summers and strong, cold, northwesterly Mistral winds.

95% grenache, 5% mourvèdre.

Terroir
More than 30 high-altitude plots on the limestone scree of the Dentelles de Montmirail foothills.
Vines between 80 and 100 years old.
