單一品種能夠充分體現白歌海娜的新鮮度和生長海拔高度，即佩內德斯最高地區，海拔超過 600 公尺。酒莊的釀酒師 Maria Elena 和 Marta 在酒窖中進行了最少的工作，以保持其所有潛力和自然品質完好無損。
在這個版本的 Indigena 中，由於與酒糟接觸了數月，花朵和白色水果的香氣與柑橘和奶油味相得益彰。一款在清新與活力之間達到微妙平衡的葡萄酒。
釀酒
我們手工採摘葡萄，在釀酒廠收到葡萄後，經過4小時的長時間浸漬，輕輕壓榨葡萄，並在不銹鋼桶中在平均溫度16°C的條件下發酵20天。發酵後，葡萄酒與上次發酵的細酒糟保持接觸約 3 個月，每天進行發酵。

Palate
Bone-dry and refreshing, with a beautiful bouquet of tart red berries, ripe citrus fruit and light herbal notes.The wine is crisp and vibrant on the palate with superb minerality and acidity.
Serving and Pairing
Serve at 7-10°C. Aperitif, mild cheese, salads, summer dishes.
