Decelle Villa Savigny-lès-Beaune Les Gollardes is a red wine from Burgundy made from 100% Pinot Noir. The grapes come from the field Les Gollardes, which is located in the western part of Savigny-lès-Beaune. All the grapes for this wine are harvested by hand and carefully graded before vinification. Finally, it is aged for 18 months in oak barrels, of which 20% are new. Tastes excellent young, but can also be stored for at least 6-8 years from the harvest year.

Domaine Decelle & Fils was started in 2008 when two distinguished winemakers from other regions of France decided to pool their talents and produce high-quality Burgundy wines. Olivier Decelle is the vigneron behind Mas Amiel in Roussillon, and he also revived Château Jean Faure in Saint-Émilion. Pierre-Jean Villa was part of a boutique Rhône negociant, and he is also a Rhone Valley vigneron. They purchased and restored a historic 19th-century cellar in Nuits-Saint-Georges along with about 20 acres of vineyards in various Burgundy locations.

Domaine Decelle & Fils covers 8 hectares of vines, showcasing the finest appellations in the Burgundy region. Composed of 75% Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, the vineyard perfectly demonstrates the diversity of terroirs in Burgundy. The vines thrive on clay-limestone soils, the optimal environment for the estate's star grape varieties, and are meticulously tended to.
