Decelle Savigny-lès-Beaune Les Gollardes is a red wine from Burgundy made from 100% Pinot Noir. The grapes come from the field Les Gollardes, which is located in the western part of Savigny-lès-Beaune. All the grapes for this wine are harvested by hand and carefully graded before vinification. Finally, it is aged for 18 months in oak barrels, of which 20% are new. Tastes excellent young, but can also be stored for at least 6-8 years from the harvest year.
