Each cuvée from the Arcane serie is the expression of a vintage, a varietal or a terroir.
These cuvées are only available once before they disappear to make room for new arcanes made from different blends and terroirs.

70% grenache, 30% syrah.
A Côtes-du-Rhône blend enhanced by a reserve wine made exclusively from a blend of Southern crus.
Terroir
Selection of plots from different variety of soils (mainly clay, safres and trias) and exposure allowing aromatic complexity.
Winemaking
Various containers are used: Wine Globe, Vinarium®, demi-muids and truncated wooden tanks.
Ageing
Part of the Grenache are aged in Vinarium® for 24 months, the other part in Wine Globe.
The Syrah were aged in demi-muids and truncated wooden tanks.

Can age until 2035.

Eye
Purple with intense violet highlights.
Nose
Strong intensity with a fruity and floral character.
Palate
Concentrated and smooth, with a long finish revealing velvety tannins.
Pairing
Lasagnes with vegetables - Black pudding with apple sauce - Omelette with mushrooms - Chicken fried in the Provençal style.
