Le Diable, the emblematic cuvée of our Arcane collection, returns in a new white version. Crafted primarily from black grape varieties, it reveals its uniqueness through an aromatic profile that elegantly blends floral notes with hints of exotic fruits.
Each cuvée from the Arcane serie is the expression of a vintage, a varietal or a terroir.
These cuvées are only available once before they disappear to make room for new arcanes made from different blends and terroirs.
90% mourvèdre, 5% Cinsault, 5% Carignan.
Terroir
Selection of several plots from the Ventoux area and the coolest terroirs of the Dentelles de Montmirail.
Winemaking
Long fermentation in demi-muids (6 months), then in Wine Globes.
Ageing
Aging in concrete vats, stainless steel tanks, and demi-muids for the majority of the blend.
Can age until 2030+.
