Each cuvée from the Arcane serie is the expression of a vintage, a varietal or a terroir.
These cuvées are only available once before they disappear to make room for new arcanes made from different blends and terroirs.
100% grenache.
Century old Grenache vines from an outstanding vintage aged for 5 years, using the Vinarium ® technique wich involves immersing wine in wine.
Terroir
From 15 different parcels and soils of the appellation: rolled pebbles, limestone, clays.
Winemaking
Manual harvest. Very limited manipulation of the grapes. Vinification in vats.
Ageing
Hyper-reductive ageing during 60 months using the Vinarium® technique: the wine was put in barrels, themselves plunged into concrete tanks.
Can age for another 15 to 20 years.
