The 1991 vintage in Châteauneuf-du-Pape was marked by favorable weather conditions, with a hot and dry summer. These conditions enabled the grapes to ripen slowly, helping to develop their aromas.

100% collection vines with majority of Grenache.

Terroir
Representative of the appellation's terroirs: rolled pebbles on the surface ;clay, sand and limestone at depth.
Winemaking
Total destemming and partial crushing. Vinification in truncated wooden vats and traditional concrete vats.
Maturing
Single aging in concrete vats to preserve freshness and fruit.

Bottled in 2023. Drinking beautifully now.

Candied red fruit, hints of dried prunes and figs.
