From Vienne to Avignon, the Côtes-du-Rhône appellation is one of the largest in the french vineyard. Very old vines from 45 to 100 years have been selected to elaborate this cuvée.

85% grenache, 10% syrah, 5% mourvèdre.

Terroir
More than 250 parcels mainly located in the southern Rhône Valley on a variety of soils: clay, pebbles, limestone, sand.
Winemaking
Harvest dates determined by daily berry tasting, manual harvest. Fermentation at moderate temperature to favor gentle diffusion of aromatic compounds.
Ageing
Short ageing in concrete vats for 80% of the blend to enhance the natural diffusion of the grape's aromatic compounds. Ageing in wooden truncated-cone vats for the remaining 20%.

5 to 8 years to reach peak maturity.

Aromas of red fruits mixed with sweet spices
and liquorice.

Ample and fresh with silky tannins, long and
vivid finish.
