An organic blend of AOC Vacqueyras from very old vines of the appellation !

60% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre

Terroir
The Syrah vines come from clay-limestone and clay alluvium terroirs. The old Grenache vines are planted on rolled pebbles terraces.
Winemaking
Grenaches fermented in small concrete tanks. Syrah fermented in tanks.
Ageing
Grenaches are aged in small concrete tanks.
After malolactic fermentation, Syrahs are aged in barrels of one wine during 12 months.
Mourvèdres are aged in combination of one to three years barrels.

Eye
Garnet red.
Nose
Aromas of cherry, blackberry and dark plums. Notes of pepper and dried spices.
Palate
Soft, textured, well balanced between fruit and tannins. Touch of blackberry.
