Decelle Savigny-lès-Beaune Blanc is a white wine from Burgundy made from 100% Chardonnay from fields on steep, south-facing slopes north of Beaune. The wine ferments in wooden barrels with natural yeast, which is already present on the skins of the grapes. It is aged for approximately 14 months in oak barrels of different sizes – but all quite large, which ensures that the influence of the wood does not overpower the fine fruit and minerality of the Chardonnay.
